2018 3 Day Course
Waikato Kidz Kartz will be running a Three Day Course in January 2018, Monday 8th, Tuesday 9th & Wednesday 10th. At the completion of the course participants will graduate in two races. The course is run between 10am and 4pm. The Graduation races are on Friday 12th January. Age requirements are kids to be between 9 - 17 years old.
The Three Day Course covers all aspects of harness racing using the club ponies. They will been taken through general care, long reining, driving, safety and defensive driving. They will also be addressed by a Equine Dentist, Local Vet and Farrier. The course concludes at the Cambridge Raceway with two races and graduation presentation.
